FAQs for an Online Custom Fitness Training Program with Professional Coaching Oversight:

Our program starts with an assessment, and based on your goals and fitness level, a coach tailors a personalized training plan for you.

You’ll have regular check-ins with your coach for updates, feedback, and any necessary adjustments to your training plan.

Our coaches are certified fitness professionals with multiple fitness/exercise certifications. They also have years of expertise in working with clients of all levels and needs and designing personalized training programs.

 Yes, you can reach out to your coach at any time through email, company text or on in the notes section of your program for additional support or to ask any related questions.

 Your coaches are happy to provide general tips and suggestions for your nutrition, or recommend you a selection of nutritionists that we work with for more in-depth nutritional needs.

We have built a platform that allows you to write in your exercises and your coach will track that on the back end. Your coach can respond to those comments right on your program! And you will also have regular check ins with the coach via email to make sure things are on track. 

We know that as much as people endeavour to write down all of their injuries and limitations in the intake form, sometimes we remember later on or develop injuries and issues along the way. The regular contact that you have with your coach allows you to rest assured that any changes that need to be made to the programs to accommodate any changes in health will be addressed quickly. And for anything more, you can discuss that with your coach.

The duration can vary based on your goals. Most are 4 week programs, but for some goals a longer 6 or 8 or even 12 week program may be appropriate. Further, the coach can make changes along the way, so even if you’re on a longer program, things can be changed to accommodate needs.

We are a team of 2 as of the writing of the FAQ. Both coaches work close to capacity at most times. If there is an issue we will do our best to accommodate, or if appropriate to the situation, recommend good resources to transition to for your benefit. 

Oh jeez. There’s not too many goals that we’ve heard of that we can’t work with you on achieving. We’ve worked with world record holders, professional athletes, new parents, young folx, people transitioning in many ways, regular people just trying to be healthier, and people that are trying to go from 0 to marathon in record time. We work with people that have specific health needs like Cancer patients and survivors, Long COVID complications, Parkinson’s, MS, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis. We work with people that don’t know where to fit in fitness like professionals, parents, and people just living their lives!
