FAQs for Online Monthly Training Program with 3 Weekly 30-Minute Sessions

We release three 30-minute sessions per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays to keep your workout routine consistent and manageable.

You can access the sessions at any time that fits your schedule after they’re released! We offer flexibility to accommodate various time zones and lifestyles.

Our sessions are designed to be both bodyweight only and minimal gear. Common items like dumbbells or resistance bands may be recommended, but we’ll also let you know ahead of time what you need for each program!

Yes, our program caters to all fitness levels. In the exercise videos (not gifs) we will give any suggestions of variations to create more of a challenge

Absolutely! The program is flexible, allowing you to catch up on missed sessions or rearrange them to fit your schedule.

There is no need to buy equipment. If you have some gear at home or access to a gym, you may like to try the equipment-based circuits, but otherwise we have bodyweight circuits that you can do!

Yes, on the 4 for 3 promotion, the first month is free. You’re not billed until the start of month 2.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

We provide tools and guidance to help you track your progress, including performance metrics and potentially a dedicated online platform for logging your workouts.
