What if you could just jump in on a quick workout that was generated on the spot based on your desire at the moment? Well, this tool randomly selects exercises from our vast library and puts them together in a 5-8min workout that you can do right away.

That’s short enough to fit into a coffee break, a brief moment after putting your kid down for a nap or even at the beginning of a lunch break with time to still eat lunch! Genius!

And with the various prompts for the workout, it can accommodate your needs or goals the moment!

If you’re just starting out with fitness, or you’re looking to add a unique & quick workout to your off day to stay active, this is a great tool for you to use.

For all of you who are new to their fitness journey, 5-8min is a really good place to start. Just enough time to get the blood flowing and some calories burning, but not onerous. 

And for those of you who just want to jumpstart the day with some activity instead of having that 3rd cup of coffee, this can be done between brushing the teeth and jumping in the shower! (Or any other time when you have 5 minutes!)

Once you’ve signed in to the 3Wave Platform, the Fitnessizer is there for you, ready to create a bespoke routine for you to jump into immediately, because it’s free!

FAQs for Fitnessizer

No, this is not an AI. It is a tool built by our genius platform developer (human) and designer (also human) that allows a series of prompts that you enter to create a workout routine based on tags that we enter into each exercise template to let the tool know what exercises it can pick from. As the coaches add new exercises to the library, they will also add new eligible exercises to the database of exercises that this tool can choose from.

At this point we do not have the functionality to save a workout built into the platform for the Fitnessizer. Much like a Japanese sand garden, these short works of art are here to be done once and then never again!
We do plan to add more functionality to the Fitnessizer at some point, but we are a very small team and have to pick and choose what features we develop on the schedule and budget that we have available.

The sign up for the platform allows us to have you sign the appropriate waivers and releases to participate. Also as the platform develops there will be more unique features that you will be able to use beyond the Fitnessizer!

The short answer is “it depends”. Using the tool on a regular basis could start to make a difference depending on the place that you’re starting from. And if you’re adding this into a regular exercise routine, then it’s going to help as much as any other 5-8min physical activity.
